The MMM Community is building a new just world where anyone may live a happy life and attain success. To become successful, pursue your aims and do your utmost. However, having rest (the right way) is important, too. Let's unlock five secrets of a good rest. Plan your weekends. You don't have to make a detailed minute-by-minute plan — just make up your mind as to what you'd like to do. Even if you plan to chill out for a couple of hours, add it as an item to your agenda. If planned, your weekend will be more efficient and worthwhile than a chaotic one. Get up early. A day off work is no reason to lie in until lunch time. When you get up late, night time arrives before you can say Jack Robinson. As a result, an entire day off is wasted. If you don't get enough sleep during week days, it's best to have an early night on Friday. It'll help you wake up early on Saturday and use day-time to the utmost. Don't spend most of your time online. Don't hang out in the social media and forums only. Try to replace virtual communication with real interaction. If you want to talk to a friend, meet them in person. If you want to gain new knowledge, do it offline. It'll serve you better to visit an art gallery or an exhibition or attend a training session. Stop thinking about work. Stop cluttering your mind with work issues — let your brain have a good rest. Pamper yourself, and postpone business matters until the start of a working week. On weekends, you have every right not to answer calls from your co-workers and even superiors — today you're unavailable. Make time for your family. In the daily grind it might be hard to carve out even half an hour for your family and friends. Find the time on weekends. Help your parents, play with your kids, catch up with a friend. Any chance of spending time with people who are really close to you is priceless. Don't miss out on it. Allow yourself to completely shift your focus to this and relax. Have a good rest over the weekend to make your next working week really efficient. Join MMM, earn a high percentage of the help provided and don't forget about rest!
